Indeed lots of negative on that post. I'll stick my neck out and say I've purchased 2 pairs on similar sales, they are probably near a year old, and the wife and I have had no issues and very happy with comfort.

      • +1

There have been lots of reports about this company providing high quality uggs in the past, but they seemed to have reduced their quality significantly recently (last 6 months or so).

        • -2

Have also purchased many pairs now for myself, family and friends as gifts and everyone is exceptionally happy. I am yet to see an actual picture of someone's faulty shoes. Someone posted a picture previously, but the shoes looked as though they had been worn for at least 10 years.

    • Umm…completely different product.

  • +2

Heed with caution - terrible quality product. My pair lasted only a few weeks before the lining began to deteriorate.

Garbage. They are fine. Postage was the biggest issue.

Post a picture of what issue you experienced?

isn't that enough to make u lol ?
i can't belive after so many complaints and u still BS ppl with this attitude.

I am curious why you are unhappy? Could you provide photos or evidence of any issues?

if i remember ur id correctly, u have said that for at least 3 times in this company's post in the last 3 months right ?!

    • Agreed. The pair I bought earlier in the year have some bad quality issues.

However, the 10+yr old ones they replaced were (and still are) great. Same style boot, same company, but a different location in Melbourne I believe. Maybe some teething issues to sort out at the plant and hopefully the quality will return.

I was happy enough with the customer service with recent purchase etc, but not the quality.

  • lol as i said long ago, this UGG is not the same as that UGG.
when u got a copy cat like this, don't expect too much from it.

the funny thing is ppl still sh*itting me with this Ugg boots trademark dispute,
after all those negatives, who's the fool now !!
selling ugg doesn't mean u could make a company and name it ugg especially when someone else already used that name and made it famous.
same as u can't make a new company with the name of david jones or bing lee, even ur real name is david jones or bing lee! simple logic !
they don't even want to set their name straight, what can u expect from their product?!

    • The companies were founded 3 years apart. It's not like they have only just recently taken the name and tried to cash in on it.

      • It's not like they have only just recently taken the name and tried to cash in on it.

what make u think im accusing them this?
doesn't matter how far apart, tiktok founded in 2016,
does that means u could make an app called tiktok in 2019? nonsense dude !

        • We were founded long before the American Ugg. 1981 to be exact. We dont copy anybody

          • @UGGAustraliaOfficial: just fyi, the American Ugg were funded in 1978, 3 years aheaded just like someone mentioned,
and they already an international multi-million company when u were founded, now they ar a $1.8 billion company.

I'll admit I'm tempted to grab a couple of pairs again. Got some last time, very comfy but quality was sub-par so they were returned (one pair didn't colour match at all and the other the stitching came apart on the second day). Worth the gamble I think.

    • i was assuming hes associated and got reported for "Accusation".

the fact is, if u don't want ppl to make assumptions like this then you shouldn't post comments like this in erery post from this seller.

      • I'm not associated…and didn't report you for what it's worth.

        • well someone did…
          im not accusing its u,
even for the record u always have OP's back, 8 times in 3 months ?

          • @samelight: They always get flamed whenever they post on here yet keep coming back so they must be selling a few pairs….
Quite a few times they have under estimated the popularity and didn't cope with demand.

As I said, the pairs of scuffs I received were very comfy, just not happy with the quality. Return process was faultless so I don't have any gripes with them. I also have a pair of full length ones that are probably 10+ years old and are still going strong.

            • @whitelie:

              They always get flamed

ya right ! when u ship out something like this https://ibb.co/x5zV838 what else u expecting ?

yet keep coming back so they must be selling a few pairs….

they keep coming back here look for new victims with ur help by keep saying how good they ar, such as how the "return process was faultless".
the fact is in the last 10 posts, over 10 different ppl saying that their customer service sux!
no reply and some even need to dispute with paypal for a refund!
so whatever bs u wanna say, save it to urself.

  • +1

I won't pay more than 5 bucks for this rubbish

  • +2

Terrible quality and have to dispute it via Paypal to get a refund.

  • +3

Bought two on separate occasions. Not the most comfortable to walk in due to hard sole and did not last long before inside lining flattened, will not buy again.
