      True, but you still wouldn't use that because the primary component of foam is water anyway, so there's still a risk of electrical transmission. If you buy this for your kids tell them it's a futuristic dry-chemical cannon that's safe to use with electricity.

      FYI - foam is best used for smothering liquid fires by forming a blanket on top that excludes oxygen (e.g. hydrocarbon fires like oil or petrol), or for soaking water into solid surfaces that have a high surface tension through the use of wetting agents (e.g. burning logs and trees in a bushfire).
