Sony X9000H 65" / 75” - Seeking Best Price

Hi All,

I understand there is a current promotion going on for the above stated TV model. I am also aware that the current sale/promotion on these TVs are about to end shortly (based on my discussion with Harvey Norman rep - ending in the next ~2-4 days). Was wondering what the best prices are on these TVs beyond the promotion, if possible.

The best deal I got on the 65” variant was $1920 from Harvey Norman Auburn.

Been following the 65" X9000H for a bit myself, and so far the best price has been on the damaged box ones from Sony's eBay which were posted here for around $1700. I wish I could have got in on that deal while it lasted but I was too late. I am thinking that the next good price close to that will probably be either black Friday sales or closer to Christmas sales. I really hope that we see the 65" hit around $1600.

Yeah, I agree - I think there may be further reductions come Black Friday sales.

Also bummed out I missed out on those damaged box models, they were an absolute bargain.

I reckon they'll go for $600 at Christmas.

      But not this Christmas.

  • IM looking at the same TV , and all retailers were doing the same prices.
Good guys offered delivery in their price

I like the idea of the 75Inch , but cant justify the $1000 price gap between the 65 and 75 inch

IM hoping the 75 will drop to mid 2K later in the year.

I do not need a new TV , but I'm seeing a lot of Blooming in my TV which is Not full led array and its starting to annoy me, plus it has some light bleeding from the base.

Yeah, here’s hoping it drops to mid-2k by or before Christmas, but I’m also not holding my Breath - especially considering this tv unit model was only released in September this year.

      • Yes its wishful thinking on my part, But the 1K gap in price between the 65 and 75 just makes me think there is room to move.

I ordered my 75x9000H from the good guys, the sales offered me further 5% from their promotion price $2995, and I used 5% TGG gift card paid 20% deposit in store, then will pay rest by 10% the home gift card from AGL rewards.

Totally will be about less than $2600 after all discount.

  • The 65 was $1895 from Sony and Big Lee via their eBay store with code Pay4a.

I scored a 75" for $2800 from JB in Vic. Anyone interested, just PM ;)
