    Activated using the link from OP in the afternoon, went into store and bought $45 worth of various fresh meats (some with discount stickers due to clearance specials in the evening). Didn't bother with the app, just swiped the card at the checkout, $15 discount applied no problems. Thanks OP!

    Tried it with Leg Ham in store, didn't work. Discount worked on Sausages and minced meat.

    Discount didn't show on online order.
    Activated a day earlier. $5 off $15.

    Online order of $136, including $20+ of meat department meat.
    Total cost when delivered was still $136.
    Not sure if I can be bothered chasing it up and what they'd be able to do even if I did.

      Same thing happened to me but could see at checkout online that there was no discount. Spoke to WW on chat before placing order and they said that they will credit me $20 after I place my order and it will be noted on my file. Will chat to them again today and try to get a GC for the amount. Suspect that it was because did not receive emailed order although after activating from this post it did appear on the ap, same as for gottacatchemall. The online chat is fairly painless. Thanks OP for the $20.

        same issue, they had no idea and transferred me to the rewards team and now off to the IT team, waiting for a call back, maybe Ill be a but less nice and ask for a GC

        Spoke to online chat again. They asked for date of the order and after checking said they will credit 4000 points (20) in lieu of the $15 that was not deducted from the spend on meat.

    Tried $50 fish not worked, but $15 chicken breast from deli worked saved $5. ( just incase anybody wonder seafood option, I know seafood is not a part of fresh meat.) there is no harm in trying!!

    Talked to live chat agent and was advised that this promotion was setup incorrectly, hence discount not applying even when you chose the right meat.

    Was this targeted? is there a promo code? I was asked which email it was sent to, given the third degree, and then told there was no such thing as a promo link and that ALL promotions were activated by entering the promo code at checkout… after a live chat yesterday and a 40minute call this evening they insisted that they couldnt help me…

        Yes, had no issue activating it as you say, I found myself in a similar situation as others not receiving the discount via the online checkout - thought Customer service would be a little more helpful. I'm heading in store now to try my luck…

            @magster: Yep it worked, although salmon or bacon were excluded but still a good deal… just wish it had worked online! would have saved a lot of unnecessary hassle

              @TotalStinge: Yes but if you used the link from OP it was not supposed to work same as if you actually got the email. I also did this and did not work online but they promised $20.
