  • Hi OP,

Any chance of a deal with the stand mixers? I'm after the KSM177 cast iron one.

Designed in USA as a marketing ploy. But made in People's Republic of China, not that I have anything against China but big brands need to stop all these marketing gimmic.

KitchenAid have a very poor reputation for toasters; I would encourage potential purchasers to find some reviews for this model before jumping in.

This toaster's probably good to put in the cupboard, take it out and put it on your kitchen bench when you have friends over, then put it back away.

  • Designed in the USA huh? FFS that's some great marketing BS right there!
Product review justifies the price decrease.

  • Any deals on the ksm160?

  • So if these are junk what's a good alternative?

I'm still using the first of the two red Kambrook toasters I got from a great OzB deal waaaay back in 2016. The price? $10 each!

    • Had one of those toasters - it's the worst one I've ever used :(

I don't understand why it's so hard to find a toaster that toasts evenly and consistently.

      Anyone got any leads?
