    Do you only ship to NSW and ACT? They the only states in the drop down list for shipping address.

        Entered my Canberra suburb, and it states delivery isn't available to my address. Do you only deliver to Canberra city?

          It seems so… I entered an address in Woden area and it was accepted, but an address in Tuggeranong wasn't.

                @cookietime: I thought about trying something like that, but didn't want to risk the order being delivered to the wrong place, or being cancelled.

                OP, do you want to chime in and offer a solution, or confirm that it's only to the city? There's little point saying that delivery is available to the ACT if it's only to a few suburbs. I can understand limiting delivery areas for large states/territories, but the ACT is pretty small, so it wouldn't make sense to leave suburbs out. I'm wondering if it's just a glitch in the ordering system?

          We have added some more zip codes in our shipping zones. Any one can ask by email given on the website if we would deliver to any specific address if not available in our system.

      The are delivered in Freezer Vans and the products are frozen.
