      Hi! We primarily supply cafes, so we age our coffee for ~10 days before dispatching as this increases flavour and workability. We roast each Friday. You may request fresher coffee in the order notes, however we would strongly recommend letting it rest until 10 days at least in a cool, dark, dry environment before brewing espresso with it.

    I've been ordering 2kgs from Grand Cru every other month for the last 6 months. Their single origin beans have been really great in a pour over and aeropress. Can absolutely recommend.
