    How do you consume the Reserve Honey Cured Wood Roasted Salmon? Eat it as it is (I've tried that - it's a bit blend), serve with something or stick it in a salad…? Thanks.

      Hi mini2, it can go in a warm salad, but it’s designed to go with medium to strong cheeses. Pairs well with champers and gin. It’s summery. :)

    Our poly boxes and ice packs are graded to last 56 hours in sunlight, delivery takes a maximum 48 hours. I’ve sent my family in Cairns some a few times. 3 out of 4 times it has taken 24 hours. One time it was almost 36. We’ve even sent boxes to Newman, WA!

    I ordered from last deal and still haven't received the order yet. It is scheduled to be delivered on 11th so around 7-8 days from ordering date. It wasn't 24hr from my experience.

      Hi sushiyasha, if your order is due to be delivered on the 11th, it will be dispatched up to 48 hours before it is due. Depending on the destination our dispatch team will send it out either today or tomorrow. I assure you, your order won’t have spent 7 or 8 days in the mail! Dispatch days are preset so that we have the required lead time to make all products to order. Everything is sent fresh from our processing facility.

        Appreciate the quick reply. What I meant is that if you in need for a quick salmon dose, please be prepared to wait a week time :)).
        I normally buy salmon fillet from Costco but I prefer the idea of vacuum pack.
        Do you plan to stock ora king salmon in the future?

          I doubt it…..seeing that Chinook, (ora king, quinnat etc.) is their opposition from the land of the long white cloud…. They should be growing it down there as they had the chance to get Chinook from Victoria. Instead they ended up with Atlantic salmon from NSW … :-). Still a top product!

    Recieved my package the other day. Ordered whisky cured salmon, reserve cold smoked, black spice hot smoked and also salmon pate.
    If you like whisky - the whisky (by Lark) cured salmon is downright unbelievably good. 10/10 from me.

    Op - why haven't you spelled out exactly what people are getting for that price? I'm sure your products are good, but I doubt this is good value.

    Tbh, it's a bit insulting that you can't be bothered to do this once, instead forcing all who might be interested to visit your website. Please rectify this immediately.

    Hi OP, I very much enjoyed my last order. Quick question - if i want to enjoy Sashimi with the family on Christmas Day, would it be OK to pick 23/12 (24th/25th not available) as the target delivery date?
    A side issue, I am happy with the packaging but the Toll tracking was hopeless - it showed the package remained at Tasmania chilled storage for over 24 hours (from 5pm the date it was packed) even as the package had been left at the front of my apartment building (without attempt of contact nor notification) the following day mid-afternoon.

      It would be okay to pick the 23rd. But the Sashimi time range is really just a guide. So long as the package is kept chilled and sealed, it will still be fresher than anything you can get locally. The latest we can deliver is the 24th, but we've closed it off so we can balance out orders as they come through.

      Noted your issue with Toll, it's not uncommon. We're stuck with them as they are the only one with the capacity to do what we need them to do. I've noted your experience to the team to bring up with logistics. They should have sent a text message at the very least!

      Apologies for the delay responding,

      The fillet would be about 7-9 days
      Caviar about 17 days
      Smoked products and pate about 25 days
