I know this is expired now, but just a quick one. How long would you say whole beans are good for from roasting?
Hey there albot - sincere apologies for delayed reply - under good conditions (cool, dark and dry), specialty grade, fresh roasted beans will be OUTSTANDING for 2 weeks, TOTALLY AWESOME for another 2 weeks, GREAT for a little while longer and then GOOD for some time :)
There's a few variables in that very scientific formula but it should be a good guide for you.
