I have a feeling though that the description is wrong, merchandiser's box could be of 12 bottles and each bottle may selling for $2. Will see when I go to pickup!

I just got notification for pickup. They pulled the same crap and changed the description in order history. There's def a legal case for anyone who can be bothered. I can't, so I just cancelled.

Confirmed price error. Lady over counter confirms the cleaner comes in a pack of 12 to them but price is for single unit only. Got it anyway since I'm here.

Yep pickup confirmation only shows 1 bottle for me too. Damn.. they should at least send an apology email. For one 50ml bottle not worth it at all.

@yht: It said 12x50ml in the order confirmation email, but on the printed invoice is just "1 shot ….. 50ml" so they drop the other 11 bottles.
My ready to pick up confirmation via email but my local store is crap so be they will not budge

Repco changing your order details regardless of someones pricing error is shonky.
I wont shop there normaly due to them hiding prices etc and generally not cheapest anyways but from now i will be avoiding them and buying elsewheres as long as its not much dearer.. shame on you repco…
hopefully someone has time to take them to task on shonky behaviours..
Have to agree, it is pretty slimey. At the very least they should be sending an apology letter and asking whether we want a refund..

I just emailed back on the pickup confirmation and they cancelled it and refunded me right away. Quick and easy, but still they should have issued an explanation and apology.

Mine were replaced with the 600ml at least without needing to cancel the order. Had two of the little bottles thrown in as an apology. That's a definite +1 for Bell Street Repco if the above is true.

I got told by the sales assistant that the manager said it is clear it is for 1x 50ml bottle. That's when I asked why is 12x 50ml even mentioned. I didn't get an answer.
No apology, no refund, no effort. Well I got told to come in with the $2 bottle and they can give me a refund. The fuel cost alone, not including time does not make this worth it.
I don't care about the item, but I definitely care when I get told the item advertised is clearly stated when it isn't. Then I am left to incur the cost of rectifying their mistake.
It is just straight forward bad customer service with a terribly lazy response from repco lower management.
Just pickup my 2 orders of 2x12 bottles at Coopers Plains. Rang Customer Service 1300 725 463 and complained as my pickup conformations only stated 1 bottle per order. They rang the store and arranged for the store to honour the advertised product as it was their mistake.
Ps. Noticed at Coopers Plains there where a number of 1 bottle orders waiting to be pickup.

I also noticed they have 2x 600mL bottles for $7.
Went to pick up, got given a refund and purchased the multibuy 2x600ml for $7.
Got given the 2x375ml multibuy for $7
NB: not for oral consumption.
