  • Especially for you
I want to let you know what I was
    Going through
All the time we were apart I thought
    Of you
    You were in my heart
    My love never changed
    I still feel the same

    Especially for you
I want to tell you I was feeling that
    Way too
And if dreams were wings, you
    Know
I would have flown to you
    To be where you are
    No matter how far
And now that I'm next to you

    No more dreaming about
    Tomorrow
Forget the loneliness and the sorrow
    I've got to say
    It's all because of you

    And now were back together,
    Together
I want to show you my heart is oh so true
And all the love I have is
    Especially for you

    Especially for you
I want to tell you, you mean all the world to me
How I'm certain that our love was
    Meant to be
    You changed my life
    You showed me the way
And now I'm next to you…

    • When drunk, we will all roar along to this. Don’t deny it. It’s true.

Any good deals on Jason Donovan's latest album ???

    • +1

He will come and sing it in your front room for a beer and a nights boarding.

  • I find it so interesting they would say digitally available for a set price when a lot of people have spotify already…

    • Yep less and less are “buying” music now, all about streaming. I think iTunes Store has not long left to go

      • +2

Yeah, but demographic. The generation that is accustomed to paying for music.

Plus, people with the 'free' (subscription) option don't need to be reminded. May as well mention to purchase.

That’s me - oh god im old I just realised. I miss the days of going to record stores on new release day and looking at all the new singles and albums. The pleasure isn’t there with streaming.

Plus you can’t give a music stream as a Secret Santa at the office 😀

          • @irishchoppers: Yeah, it's all convenient now, but there was something special about going into town on the weekend with a mate, buying the record, coming home, pulling it out of it's sleeve, quick check for warp, dropping the needle gently, listening to the whole thing with your mate while checking out the cover and inner liner and talking about it for the next hour. Simpler times - they were beautiful.

Retire woman, know when its time to retire.

I know right? It's ok for men like McCartney and Springsteen to continue making music but apparently we should degrade women to stop working at an earlier age.

      • No - McCartney and Springsteen should stop making terrible music too.

      • How did you get the impression that the posters opinion on her career was driven by what hangs between her legs?

        • The poster's* opinion on her career was driven by the social constructs of gender, not sex and biological attributes.

Have a nice cup of Covid dear.

Her last two albums have actually been pretty good IMO.

I paid $32.99 for the deluxe CD edition. $14.99 for the normal edition is a great deal.

  • Those lyrics… It's like quoting Shakespeare or reading Keats poetry.

    Lord take me now…
