I have made 2 ordered last year, 1 has been delivered, the has not arrived. I did contact customer service, they said they will investigate where the parcel is. But definitely nothing coming back.
I have tried to send them a few emails later on, but no one response. I even couldn't get the money back ;(

Ordered lots of times. No problems. Customer service always brilliant. I think these 2 above cases are the exception not the rule.
Bad English suggests they are 50c army.
Looks like their prices have gone up a lot over the last few years.
Their T-shirts could be bought for $5 - $10 and Polo shirts for $10 - $15.
Now at supposedly "50% off" they sell them for $10+ and $16+ respectively.
So my order is coming from China & I thought it’s gonna be from australia as they used to have physical stores if am not wrong?
So for returns do they expect us to send them overseas?

Besides the original sales confirmation email I haven’t received any notification of shipping. Anyone else who placed an order heard anything after the order confirmation?
I received a shipment confirmation email on 17/11 after the order confirmation. It has a link to track the package and a tracking number.
Since 19/11 package has been cleared and awaiting international departure from Guangzhou. No movement since, I am guessing very few flights to Aus.
