        Reading through the negative and positive reviews, apparently there is a QR code and serial number under the right cushion that can be checked. If it's fake could file an appeal?

  Marshall seems to be a brand with good copies (fakes).

  I was recently looking at Marshall Wired in-ear headphones on Amazon AU and there are reviews by people who bought the same product twice (first from Marshall directly, then from Amazon) and they are saying that they are different in quality & sound (fakes).
