looking for a good deal on a line trimmer

      This one Worx well.

      • LOL i see what you did there….too bad its gone back to original price now :(

  • Paid $90 without the battery and reckon its pretty good. I mainly use it as an edge trimmer, but it's easy to switch between the two.

Marginally cheaper through Hardly Normal. $89 plus $17 delivery for me (106 total).

Not sure if it's a clearance item or sumthin….

I noticed that also, but no battery, hence the slightly cheaper price.

        Oh right…good point ta.

  • I have an older model I picked up on clearance at Masters years ago. Still going well, battery lasts enough to do front and back lawns. Swivel function super handy for doing edges, would recommend.

    No charger?

      Whats included;

      1x 20V 2-in-1 Line Trimmer/Edger
      1x 20V Max Powershare 2.0Ah batteries
      1x Charger

  • Is this a lawn mower replacement? I have like 2 feet high grass that I'll cut first with a sickle or something and then can I use this to clean up the rest or do I need lawn mower?

    • Not meant to replace lawn mower unless you have only a small patch. This is mainly for edging around lawns or if you have an area with heaps of weeds

I have one, and it's ok, but a couple of downsides:
    - If you want this to work past 15 minis, you have to get the 4ah battery.
    - You absolutely churn through the line trimmer. I feel like I'm feeding it every 5 minutes. It needs to be more heavy duty if it's a line trimmer that is going to hit hard surfaces.
I have a bunch of the worx stuff and it's all generally pretty good, but this thing is a bit annoying doing a large yard!

    • Can you use cable tie instead?

  • Bought one, thanks

  • andddd its gone

  • is there a promo code? showing $179 for me

  • Ozbargained…
