Save 5c Per Litre on Fuel When You Purchase Red Bull 250ml 4 Pack or Krispy Kreme 4 Pack Varieties @ 7-Eleven

Saw at a fuel pump in WA (and signs in-store) at 7-Eleven… See photo

"Save 5c Per Litre on Fuel when you purchase any Red Bull 250ml 4 pack or Krispy Kreme 4 pack varieties"

Terms and conditions: "For a limited time save 5c per litre on fuel at 7-Eleven (minimum of 2 litres and up to a maximum of 100 litres) purchased for one vehicle in a single transaction when you buy either any Red Bull 250ml 4pk varieties or Krispy Kreme 4pk varieties (subject to availability) in the same transaction as your fuel purchase. Available only at 7-Eleven fuel stores. Not available with Fuel Price Lock or Fuel Card transactions"

I believe a 4-pack of Krispy Kreme donuts is $12… Bit of a bummer that it doesn't stack with Fuel Price Lock discount :-(

Handy if you're hankering for some donuts (or Red Bull), need to fill up your car, and you don't have a Fuel Price Lock to use up!

  • Was 10 cents a few months ago, only time you'll catch me buying those basic bitch donuts is when it means my overall fuel total is about 2.50 less.

    • Yep, you're right. I think they're getting picky on how much fuel discount to give, and not giving coffee away as freely as they used to….

      • Locked in & bought 2+L cheap fuel for mower last month, got free coffee in App this month.

Locked in local 101.5c/L 98 this week.

        • Nice price!

Yep, there is still the fuel lock free coffee.

In the past, attendants at 7-Eleven would offer a free coffee in-store (e.g. if you only brought fuel). But that seems to have dried up more recently.

There is now also the 'redeem a reward on your 7th visit' in the 7-Eleven app. Anyone reached that pinnacle yet?

          • @z z: Didn't reach it, but unexpectedly found a discount custard donut in Rewards tab. Worth checking Rewards!

        • If Wishart is local to you, then maybe, just maybe, we have crosses paths the INFIDEL. 🤔

@Lizard Spock: At Garden City on way to pick up drinks Deal at Newnham Hotel… Very local.

            Don't think we've met..
Am told I'm not easy to forget. Many have tried😊

Change of plan - taking my whiskey home, ready for tomorrow.

@INFIDEL: Another time indeed. I just left to pick up daughter from school. We should organise a local fishing trip or someone in the future. I've always thought of organising a OzBargain fishing day in the forums and invite all the brisbane-ites.

                      Enjoy Straddie!

@Lizard Spock: Sounds like a good idea. Although Ozbargain meet ups here (with lots of free booze & food) haven't attracted many.

Fishing! The one thing i am truly cursed at. But there's more to a fishing trip, than fishing😉

Last time I threw in a line was in the Japan Sea, soon after the 2011 tsunami. Local friends caught nothing as they predicted, I caught a tiny Fugu. Kissed it & threw it back. After that, was called Fugu, which I enjoyed.
I seem to specialise in poisonous or inedible spiny catch 🎣

As for Straddie, I did my undergrad research there - Dating Dunes! (Drilling down 7m into dunes, extracting samples every 20cm, others then carbon dated any burnt wood found.) It's part of the oldest & largest coastal dune system in the world. Quite amazing. So more at home in the sand there than on the end of a rod.
And my Murri (aboriginal) students at Uni did their cultural awareness there.

Realised the 7-11 fuel lock runs out before I return on Saturday, so filling up before I go.

                        • @INFIDEL: Are you an anthropologist? I recently had a patient from California and she's currently studying the Middens as part of her PHD on Stradbroke island. I learnt all sorts of fascinating information from her about the aboriginal people and the island.

Ah, Fugu will always remind me of the Simpsons: poison, poison, tasty fish!

Once again all the best for your trip. Hopefully there are no early schoolies celebrations to ruin your trip
