Sadly not. Capped at 30 fps which is why I'm a bit hesitant on getting this since I know there'll another edition that includes this part of the game (Midgar) and more.

I don't know what they'll do but a lot of people say this is just the first part of the original game so they're bound to release a sequel/edition that includes the first part. You can play all PS4 games on a PS5 save for 10 or so.

They'll probably do what Kingdom Hearts did with the Final Remix version

PS4 games which don't have an unlocked framerate will usually stay at 30 fps when played on the PS5.
