  • You'd be crazy to buy this.

Single-core, only 512mb ram, lower resolution than a named brand tablet, 4GB hard drive, resistive screen, UP to 5 hours battery, Android 2.3.

  • another unknown brand tablet
    similar crap to this http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/58478

  • -1

resistive screen = unusable at any price

  • Thanks but no thanks.

  • Crazy Price!

  • +3

Oh come on, I think this initial response from OzBargain is a little rude … Also considering that this is also the first deal posted by the site rep.

I'm not trying to defend the product here, but perhaps maybe some mild constructive comments would be more appropriate.

    • those days are long gone, unfortunately…..

      • the days are also gone when people had any manners on the road. i'm only 21y/o but i sometimes wished i lived a few decades ago when people actually thought of others instead of just themselves.

        • +1

There was a time when this was a positive supportive community, where posting bargains was seen as a good thing, not an opportunity to pour scorn and derision on someone. The negative votes served a purpose in warning people that a deal is cheaper elsewhere, or is a scam, etc etc.
Now the majority of them are pointless, and any useful information gets lost in the sea of 'me too', 'lol', 'mega fail'.

Very few negative votes are actually worth reading these days….

  • the spec seems ok except for the resistive screen ewww

the other thing is that it is not really that cheap

i'd spend a bit extra and get an Asus Transformer as they are the run out model now

  • No thanks…rather pay a little more for a transformer or even a playbook…

  • +2

The specs are worth about $50.

  • junk….

  • I don't think it's tooooooo bad. USB input available and full hd 1080p output via mini hdmi plus mkv playback means you can use it as a media player? Sort of?
I'm just trying to balance out the negs haha

  • The Ainol 7 tablet beats this crap hands down anytime. http://www.merimobiles.com/dealoftheday.asp

Whirlpool has a thread going on about it, http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/forum-replies.cfm?t=1813041&p….

  • Borderline spam. This is total crap. Make it $100 and it's an OK price to get for a young kid or something…

  • Same tablet on eBay for around the $100 mark. This is no bargain

    • 30,000 different flavours of cheap drop-shipped crap. Hooray!
