Much cheaper from other key sites on isthereanydeal. Can see as low as $24.17 on GameBillet if you don't mind Bethesda DRM.
It’s $27 in greenman but comes with bethesda drm. Almost tempted to just get it on consoles for $19.
Wasn't it bought by Microsoft? I'd assume if it was, they're probably selling it at a discount and will change it to F2P with paid DLC in the future.
