    Similar to how you can have RAM clocked at 3200MHz with Intel, it's what the motherboard supports.

  Is this one better than the F5-221 you posted earlier, and which is going for the same price?

    The F5-221 will give you 5 bays instead of 2. This one is better in that it comes with more RAM out of the box, a CPU that's a little bit better and 10GbE LAN. The 10GbE is what makes this more expensive and would only be a benefit if you had a 10GbE network.
