      Amazon sell hardwire kits. Bought one the other week. Easy to install, they come with different sized piggy back fuses.

    Can vouch for this. Have been using it for 6 months now. Seems pretty good video quality. The only gripe being the date time defaults to 2016 date when the car isn’t running. I havn’t hardwired it may be the issue won’t exist if hardwired.

      Same feedback and issue. I realised that overnight, the date doesn't reset, but beyond couple of days, it gets reset (maybe a 24-hr setting?)

    Avoid this if you have a LG phone. I've tried this with a G4 & G6, forums say most LG phones don't work either. The android app just crashes before it even opens.

      I had this issue with my LG V30 but I believe they've updated the app so it doesn't seem to crash for me anymore. Just fyi…

          I am the B1W dash cam maker! Confirmed this connection problem was solved for LG G6; Just do not forget to input the password and do WiFi connection in your phone WiFi settings before you open the app to see the image from the dashcam!

            @bob595: Sorry but the app doesn't load at all on the LG G6. The version of the app store is 1.8.7 and hasn't been updated since April 2020.

            The app crashes constantly, has done so since I bought the dash cam in October, nothing has changed with the app since then so it still doesn't even load, unless there's a major update coming very soon.

            The app has hundreds of 1 star reviews because it doesn't work properly.

    I got this one and the only problem that I get is that it kept falling from the front window. The supplied 3m sticker doesn't seem to hold. Anyone who has the same problem and would like to share any ideas to fix? Currently I tied it to the backmirroe using the cable tie.
