  • No stock anywhere. Closest store that has stock to Sydney is Bathurst. PS5 sales has completely emptied this particular model out, would suggest going 55" OLED or 75" on sale for now, forget about seeing this on sale for anything under $1900.

nooooooooo - cant fit the 75" and if I replace a 55" with a 55" the Mrs will go me - plus OLED $$$$$$.
      hangs head in shame

….anyone hear good about the LG 65Nano91?

I feel you. Every time I say to the misses that maybe we should just get the 55" she gets ready to punch on because it's not a size upgrade.

65Nano91 is a competitor to the X9500H maybe the blacks aren't as dark according to some but quite close last time I saw it in store. LG support is better than Sony's anyway, so I would prefer it over the Sony.

        • Price for the 65Nano91 seems a bit higher than the X9000H and it seems that the X9000H outperforms it in most cases going by the RTINGS reports.

        • Thx for the info - gona haveta toss a coin me thinks.

        • As someone who worked for the authorised repairers for Sony and LG can 100% tell you sony support craps all over LG

Personal comment here: LG panels are way too dark. Never been a fan.

Just spoke to instore rep. No stock nationally until mid December and with current shipping conditions that could blow out till next year. Pre order is available at the current price.

I am sort of suspecting that an updated model is on its way shortly. There seems to be some issues with this model's HDMI 2.1 and Sony has been selling "Damaged box" on eBay. Maybe they are trying to empty all stock before releasing the new model. Has anyone else got similar thoughts?

These TVs normally have a yearly release cycle, I wouldn't expect a new model until at least June-August next year.

      • Yeah and I thought the industry was even moving to a 2 year cycle
