DJI Mini 2 for 73,480 Points @ Qantas Store

150

Not sure if this is a pricing error, but it is cheaper than the DJI Mavic Mini, which is the older version.

Mini 2 came out last month and is eligible for the 20% storewide sale, which works out to be 73,480 Points after discount.

Although there is no fly more combo, just the drone itself for this price is a bargain.

  • showing 91,850 PTS for me?

    • When you check out, it will apply the extra 20% and become 73,480 points.

      • ahh got it! my bad, too lazy! Cheers!

    • the discount is applied in checkout

  • doesnt that nearly equal to $1500?

    • No don't think so. The points vary, but I would say it equates to still less than the RRP.

    • guess you were referring to Mavic air 2

If you use it for flights, 10'000 points ~ $100.
Flight to tasmania 33'000 points saving about $300
Flight to europe 150'000 saving about $1500

      73,480 Points @ Qantas ~ $730

bought and won't fly by myself any more…

    • I booked a Qantas flight recently. Melb to Perth return is about $100 + 80000 points for business.

  • Works out to be 1.02 cents per point… good value!

    • Good

  • Compare to their rrp, money/ pts ratio is not bad at $0.01/pts. Better than many other. Sadly there is no fly more combo

    • Sad indeed. I did call DJI and confirmed that they might introduce open box fly more in about a month's time. So can just buy it then.

      • Does open box mean you can get the additional accessories separate?

        • Yeah essentially.

      • what is open box fly more?

  • ordered one by using the points

  • Not worth it in my opinion.

Redeeming points at 1 cent per point is not a good deal.

    • as we can not really fly overseas, 1c is not too bad compare to other spending

      • Agreed, and I guess it's also good if you are like me where points are not enough to be spent on flights/upgrades.

      • that's what I thought.

  • Flight time for the mini 2 is a claimed 31 mins (probably less than that in the real world, but still not bad - my old Spark official flight time is 16 mins so basically half that). Damned tempting.

    • no more.. either price error or bordened.

  • boom. ozbargined….

  • The deal is either:

    • use full points and $0
    • use 2,000 points and $705.27

Sadly, I only have less than 35,000 points…

  • arghh.. tempted and got one! Thanks OP!

  • +1

Thanks OP but not showing in the store any more for me

    • ozbargained

  • Qantas called and said it was a pricing error and that they could be cancelling the order and refunding the points… bummer

    • woahhh.. whats the status of your order when you check on their portal? Mine was Processing yesterday

    • Interesting… I still have one in cart which is able to be checked out.

  • I got mine delivered just today. Supplier was Digidirect. Epic deal.
