      Leftie here (but not politically :)).

      I use left mouse setup for my desktop, but standard right mouse with the laptop, because touchpad sucks with swapped buttons.

      Which makes it kind of easy to multitask on desktop and laptop at the same time. It feels quite natural to work with mouse in each hand, with mirrored buttons setup (so each index finger on the main button).
