  OP I would like to buy this as an Xmas present for someone, but they don't normally wear Kayanos so I can't be 100% certain of getting the size right. Looking at your returns policy it seems very strict. If I buy these and the sizing is wrong will you at least offer an exchange or store credit?

    Yep, they can exchange/refund purchases made online.
    I'd also recommend having a look at either ours or Asics' sizing guide if you know their normal size or size in another brand.
