[Price Error] Blue Yeti USB Microphone - Blackout Edition $62.99 Delivered @ Deal First via Amazon AU

Moved to Forum: Original Link

$62.99 is easily the cheapest it has ever been.

I think it has to be a pricing error or something, pretty damn amazing price.

EDIT: PRICE ERROR, REFUNDS OCCURRED.

We’re contacting you about order. We recently discovered an error that caused the item(s) to be displayed at an incorrect price:

In this case, we’re unable to offer this item for the incorrectly posted price. Therefore, we’ve cancelled your order for this item, and you haven’t been charged.

At any given time, despite our best efforts, a small number of the millions of items on our site may be mis priced. We’re very sorry for any disappointment this may cause.

We value your business and hope to see you again soon.

        Sincerely,

Out of curiosity, what is the legality around stores/sellers cancelling incorrectly priced order/items like this. Some have to honour it, no?

Some have to honour it, no?

            no.

@Frunk: The Good Guys use this as a marketing strategy

@Frunk: If it's a genuine error, they do not have to honour it.. though they obviously have to refund you.

We don't live in a perfect world, mistakes happen. Sometimes, happy little mistakes get OzBargained haha

      • Price error would be a legit reason

    • I saw a guy on ACA who placed odds on a bet and won a shit load of money only to have it revoked by TAB since they said it was an error and managed to correct it in 9 minutes or something but he already placed it. That reminded of pricing errors on OzBargain and whether it was comparable.
