Weekend and evening rate has also been lowered to $5 flat rate (was $10) - parked here on Saturday.

  • Early bird, how to?
Or can I just hop in at weekend for $5?

    • Check their site for entry condition (time)

This is brilliant. Thanks OP. Might be worth editing the title to mention $5 on evenings and weekends too for more exposure and votes!

weekend rate is $5, which means just hop in at weekend anytime and flat rate for $5

  • used it on sunday, not bad. dont forget its pay on entry, ended up giving the attedant $5 in shrapnel.
and keep an eye out for him because he just sits at folded out desk with a little money tin.

    • don't understand the whole setup there - brand new carpark but they didn't install auto pay stations?

instead there's a man at a fold out table with a cash register and click-clack manual credit card machine???

he seems like the happiest guy in the world though for some strange reason!

maybe he doesn't work there and just collects $5 from people who walk in! I'd be happy too :D

  • The guy is probably allergic to daylight. Imagine being trapped at a basement, watching the early birds come in from 6am and have to wait until 7:30pm for them to come home to roost.

    • life is tough.

  • Been there twice and it's great. Walking distance to the places I need to go to. I was happy with the $9 fee but $5 is even better. Gotta enjoy it while it lasts.

  • $5 during weekends is very nice, wonder how early should I go before it gets full.

    • yeah with this in ozbargain it will be very early i guess

GREAT deal. Cheaper than what staff from the buildings above have to pay, in advance, for staff parking! Seriously.

    • it is even cheaper than businesses have to pay the State government in parking space levy even forgetting about what they pay the landlord for the actual space. As you have said this is a super deal especially on the early bird rates which I struggle to find under $17 a day

  • On weekends, you can get $5 parking on Kent st Wilson parking if payment is made online.

  • Is the car park low car friendly? Im still on the hunt for a cheap car park that caters to my lowered car.

    • Yeah the operators at these places dont like my loud music, loud exhurst or 'player' licence plate either. Let me know if you have any luck.

      • Maybe it's best you leave your lowered Hyundai Excel with chrome rims, body kit, 3" exhaust and spoiler at home DrLobster.

    • its ramped fairly steep. i suppose thats the choice you make when you lower your car.

  • I used the Book-a-bay offer this weekend for Citipark with Wilson, and rwalised a couple of minor things people need to be aware of:

    1. Prices are ex-GST, which means the actual cost is $5.50
    2. Spots have to be booked atleast an hour before you go in.

But otherwise it is a great offer.
