Found this while searching for converse pairs. Pretty decent price IMO considering how good they are and that it rarely comes on sale.

Wow, Converse shoes have become so expensive since I've last worn them. I remember their RRP used to be ~$80 and it was easy to find them on special at ~$40

  Yep. I really like converse chucks but in the end they would fall apart after 1 year, so $40 has always been the most I would pay for them.

Converse are sold at this or a similar price on "Catch", also has the bonus of US sizing so they stock the half sizes we don't get in a lot of retailers here. Downside is they don't always have stock but they usually eventually comeback.
