YES, if you sign up you can get a 'welcome10' coupon. It worked for me so hopefully it works across the whole store.

no minimum that I can see, I've bought things as little as $18 aud.

The coupon is just "welcome10" . it may work in conjunction with some offers and not others I can't recall exactly. For example it might be that I was able to use it on the things under "exclusive offers" (basically their sale section where this deal is listed, but not on the storewide sale 25% off everything.

Temptalia website is a good place for reviews and swatches. Their lipsticks and eyeshadows seem to be the hallmarks of the brand so I got their lipsticks in a bunch of finishes just for fun and because i LOVE THE PACKAGING TO DEATH aghhh. also they are the main things with the biggest discount.

UPDATE: I don't recommend buying from this site. I've had three products arrive in two separate orderes and all are in some way defective. It seems they sell their factory seconds in this sale which is hugely disappointing. I would be fine with it if it were just advertised as such, that said one set was totally unusable (lipsticks literally not in bullets). LOL. They only offered me 15% refund lol.
Will update as I have more orders to come.

oh wow, i'm in Tasmania and I have received all of my orders from Nov/ Dec. although i did receive one just last week, so hopefully not too much longer for you. Does it have tracking? their customer service is pretty responsive.
Yeah the tracking is just one entry that says “Data received shipment in transit” since 7 December… I’ve contacted their customer service, hoping it gets resolved soon!! Thanks
