Yeah, looking at this rug for example. It was only 'full price' for 4 days in the past 80 or so days.
The 2nd example in my comment, which is this one has been $99 at Kogan since April.

@Merlict: Definitely. Makes me think of stores and shops that have 10+ 'sales' a year if especially where they have a limited or specialist range or brand of items.
Also note that they state they are not returnable. Pretty hard to buy something like that online from a picture and not have the option of returning it.
