Unlabelled but still the same delicious wine…

Tyson Stelzer has named this Sparkling Shiraz the 'Sparkling Wine of the Year under $25' in his annual Australian Sparkling Report!
He calls it "a downright delicious drink" and we think he's pretty on the money there.

ABOUT THE WINE

We select fruit from sandy and stony vineyards in Langhorne Creek, ferment in open vats before maturation in seasoned oak barrels and tank to retain the aromatic lift from these soil types.

All small proportion of wine from clay/ loam vineyards fills out the palate and gives the wine length of flavour.

Using a secret liqueuring recipe this richly flavoured, deep coloured sparkling Shiraz displays dark berry fruit aromas, sweet plum flavours, silky tannins and a rich, velvety smooth palate.

Enjoy this classic Australian sparkling wine with Christmas pudding, duck dishes, roast meats or simply by itself.

Suggested serving temperature is 8° to 10°C

I do enjoy this drop. Tempted, even with Tassie shipping at $40- and I still have 7 bottles left in the cellar.

And you don't even need to refrigerate it to keep it at the serving temperature in summertime Tassie!
