    That is pretty much the jist of it. I think you've hit the nail on the head. The original limited deal was used as a propellant to the front page of a heavy traffic website in order to increase visibility for their other NYE deal.

      pft, refer to my other post about other items where only a few where availible and they scored better,
      also look at the score of the galaxy s2 deal, there where like 50 of those too, but i didnt see you neg that did i?
      rep was upfront and honest about quantity. even if i missed out i still would have +s'ed it, rep was good enough to keep the deal active even though he couldnt do what he thought he could do…

      saying someone is sock puppetting is a pretty serious allegation/accusation, can you back it up, who are you talking about and if they have done that then yeh, thats should reflect badly on them… but i have seen no proof? are you serious or mouthing off?

      Fact of the matter is YOU came in late for the deal hence missed out. If you had come in earlier, you would have noticed that the 50 bottles and the NYE combo deal was available from the start. 50 people grabbed the bottle and others were left to see only the NYE combo deal. Would you have preferred that the OP post two separate deals and then have everyone complain that he could have combined the post?

      Anyways, as you have revoked your neg, I guess you realise your folly.

    Ours has a UPF 30+ rating as it is made from the same material as our larger "proper" tents. I hope you at least got your new tent for a good price!

      Yeh picked up an OZTrail quick pop-up beach shelter for about $60 delivered. Looks better than the Caribee equivalent which is close to $100.
