Order before 4pm and got the below error, but money was taken from credit card and got a confirmation email from liqourland that order was successful.
I assume the shopback tracking wouldn't be tracked?
An error has occured and been logged for investigation. Support has been notified.Rang liqourland after 2 hours and advised they cant see the order..argggggg so many problems for a case of beer..
I have only ordered two real times with this Liquorland. First was when they gave the $10 voucher for the price error. That order didn't go through, despite being charged. They said they would re create the order again for me. 4 days on, I've heard nothing. This one tracked and I have the confirmation email from them, but nothing else despite the 30 minute collect order. Obviously something is pretty broken with them.
I wouldnt trust shopback with their special cashback deals. My last one with BWS didnt go through, i told them and they said tough luck BWS rejected. Except i did everything to theT. So i ended up paying RRP for products i never would have bought if it wasnt the cashback special deal.
Another workday daytime deal from Shopback. :(
My purchase tracked after 6 hours.
8 hours later, still not showing up as tracked…
Mine ended up tracking through the Shopback app, $25 for $117 total.
Still not tracked since yesterday… This is getting ridiculous :/
Looks like Shopback are having issues with tracking the correct amounts of cashback.
My cashback for this deal tracked at just over 10% instead of 22%.
Recently my purchase on eBay tracked at 1% instead of 15%.Mine tracked as being $25 in just under 2 hours.
Just lodged a missing transaction, what a surprise it was missed…

Is there anyway the 22% cash back can be extended? Was going to order at 1 pm today then got distracted by my toddler. Realised I haven’t placed the order at 4:12 pm 😭
