Thanks for sharing. Never buy Special Gift Cards and it seems buying grocery card is the safest option.
They used to have good options which included the usual tech/online stores like Amazon, eBay, but they've gone away from those for over a year now.

When clicking on Spend at 5,000 retailers on the website or the app the Supermarket Slayer doesn't show any retailers at all, that made me a bit hesitant.
Can I basically use it at all woolies and coles?
You should be able to, because all Coles and Woolworths stores should be assigned MCC 5411 (Grocery Stores, Supermarkets), which is the only MCC Special says is permitted on this gift card.

I read all major Grocery & Supermarket chains and retailers Australia-wide on the next page and figured if it didn't work at Coles or Woolworths it would be false advertising.

but westpac seem slow for cashback. I'm still waiting for my $50 for using the digital wallet from over a month ago. I've been assured i will get it by 31 oct so we'll see
