Not being familiar with the exact terms, does the paragraph below from the 'promotion terms' mean that a 'choice gift card' is allowed or excluded from this $20 referral deal?
"All subscription services, digital services and surveys including but not limited to iTunes, Woolworths Gift Cards and Audible are expressly excluded from this promotion"
How long do you have to wait until your referral is cleared? Do you have to wait for your friends cash back to be confirmed/cleared before you get the referral amount?
