    Bit dissapointed after no email response from GC to an enquiry about age of beans which were over two weeks. I had asked to wait for fresh beans. Suprised it wasn't followed up.

      What’s wrong with 2 weeks? Can’t use the beans for the first 3-4 days after roasting anyway…

        I'd like to be able to start consuming them within 7 days of roasting so I don't end up consuming stale beans as most here would prefer.

          Hey cybergenX,

          Coffee beans start to stale when in contact with oxygen for an extended period of time. If stored correctly, beans should last from 6-8 weeks before oxidising. We specialise in espresso for cafes and baristas, which means we age our coffee for 10 days to impart better flavour, workability and consistency.
