It is weird why Lexmark are now selling printers at Costco but yes definitely good prices.
Might have to compare my bid price when I do next fleet update.

Looks like a plastic tape or tab and not leak. It also has 3 shadows from light falling on it.
Ah I was trying to make sense of it vertically. Didn't think of the tape sticking out towards the camera.

Can't seem to find any aftermarket toner kits for this. The Brother HL-L3230CDW seems like a better proposition for $267 at Officeworks and a set of 4 compatible toner cartridges can be had for around $75. It was apparently bought for $224.28 (delivered) recently as reported here
