    So far we know that there will likely be a Shiny Charizard VMAX, however there will be many more Shiny Vault cards just like Hidden Fates a few years ago.

  FYI, AUS distributor hasn't allocated stock to anyone yet for Shining Fates - so good chance if preorder numbers are way too high for small sellers and not enough allocation, the store just ends up holding your money for a while until the order gets cancelled.

  Hadn't received my product yet so cancelled with seller. They were understanding and responsive, not the shops fault as Pokemon company apparently delayed release for Australia!
