I'm pretty sure the reports about your title are because you need to put the price of the item before the email sign up discount. I.e. put $119.

Doubt it…i think it's because I did C&C instead of delivery.
I think if Target rejects your order it is usually something related to your credit card. I always use giftcards online and never had a problem. If your order is canceled it can be OOS but rejected is definitely more unusual.

Latitude pay should be fine, you cant really chargeback on that. I am not sure then.
That's a little annoying. I can see my order is being packed. I can't find a reason they won't honour a genuine order.
