Did Anyone Pre-Order and Recieve Any PS5 Accessories from Harvey Norman (I.e Pulse 3D Headset) ?

A few months ago I pre-ordered the PS5 Pulse 3D Headset from Harvey Norman, in particular taking advantage of this deal.

About a month ago they contacted me via email to let me know they wouldn't get stock until Dec 3rd. Still haven't received the headset and have gotten no updates whatsoever on an eta. In usual HN fashion, their customer service is quite useless, I've emailed and called countless times (mostly with no replies) and even gone in store to find out what the go is, but no one has any idea where they are or if they're even arriving. Two team members were certain they have never even sold them online.

To my understanding, most retailers in Aus have received and shipped their PS5 accessory stock to customers by now, some even had limited stock in-store. Has anyone else had any luck getting any PS5 accessories from Harvey Norman, or even seen any of these in stock in-store?

    I ordered the charging station which was also delayed till December 3rd. I went in to Harvey Norman last week to follow up on my order, but all they could tell me is that it was on back order and that they had no idea when stock would be in. Pretty disappointing

    They got a small shipment in of all of it on the 2nd of December. I called up that day and the manager bumped me to the front of the cue thankfully as each store was majority oversold because of the latitude deal.

    I have been told that the next order won't be in till mid this week. As I ordered the charging station from there sister companies domayne and joyce mayne and they have told me they will ship them around the 17th of December

    I ordered the charging station from HN for pick up. I contacted them and last I was told it is still on back order.

    Same for me. Last I got told was they would both ship from early December, and its still stuck in processing.

    Charging dock I ordered was coming from Joyce Mayne (same as HN) in a different state.. on back order and no confirmation date. The 2ic manager contacted me once a week to give me an update, regardless if it was a ‘don’t know delivery date but we are working on it’. I was seriously impressed - never asked for updates and never once suggested I was disappointed.

    Anywho, the dock is now shipped and on its way. I expect most of you will receive tracking info soon. Kudos to that manager - great customer service.

    Pre-ordered the Pulse 3D Wireless Headset through the Latitude deal in October, got the later date of December 3rd same as everyone. Called them a week and a half ago and was told they were going out in order of when the order was placed and I was next in line but they couldn't tell me when they were expecting stock.

    Walked into JB Hifi on Saturday and got one off the shelf and now in the process of refunding the other order.

      I assume you’ve already paid off the loan from Latitude? I hope it gets refunded to your payment card without hassle.

      I had a $20 off $60 order from Cotton On via Latitude Pay. One of the items in my order was OOS after the order and I was refunded $30. I had not paid off the loan from Latitude Pay by the time the $30 came back so it was just deducted from my loan balance. Latitude Pay did not reverse the $20 promo credit.

    I originally ordered a controller and charging dock together from HN.

    • Order Confirmation email was received 9 Oct 09:58 AEDT
    • Controller was ready for pick up on launch day
    • Finally, yesterday, 21 Dec 12:13 AEDT I received a Ready for Pickup email for the charging dock
    • Today I picked up my charging dock

      I also ordered the exact same items. I have not received any notifications for my charging dock yet.

    @OP did you get your 3d pulse headset yet? I got a Jan end even mid Feb estimate :(
    Amazon has is giving next day delivery on those headphones now and HN still has its head stuck up its ass!!

      Yeah ended up with it randomly in my mail about 2 weeks after this post, wasn't even market as shipped. I even tried to cancel the order but that in itself was such a task for them, but still received it anyway. Honestly i'd recommend just trying to cancel the order and going with an more reliable source like Amazon

    Them charging stations are rare as hens teeth. I don't even need one I just want it because FOMO lol
