the first time you buy the drink or anything else for the receipt and do the survey ($1 frozen coke looks like the cheapest item).
order the deal via app and when you go up to the counter to pay, let them know you did the survey and they'll add on the extras.
$4.95 min spend is small chips and drink. $19.95 is the the large side and large drink.Do the survey and keep the receipt in car or on the fridge for the next time you go :)

What if you do drive thru. You have to pay first via app.
Use an order # under 'My Order History' in the app and then use a random 4 digit number for the store number until it matches one.
My first two attempts failed. First time I gave the survey after app purchase. I was denied. Second time I showed it before app purchase and was still denied. Third time it worked for some reason.
