Pretty good deal on a new game, I think. Looks to be the cheapest it's been?

Thanks for the feedback - I haven't got the game yet, but I've heard a mixture of good and bad things. I liked BOTW but not as much as I'd hoped. Is there a lot of gameplay overlap between this and AC:Valhalla, which I haven't finished yet?
Not sure whether this is the right price for me or not. I like digital too, as having to change discs when Quick Resume exists kind of defeats the purpose.
This is pretty much an AC game, but a more family friendly version (not a bad thing) but with puzzle mechanics and "powers" like being able to lift objects and fly. Very enjoyable, very funny also. Depending on WHY you didnt like BOTW, this may be right up your alley!

Still playing. Which skill do you get later? The ice, stop time, magnetic, etc you get it close to beginning
@Dienk: You get new abilities from each champion after you help them out so they are scattered throughtout the game, then once you have all the powers, you go and defeat calamity ganon (this is my memories version anyway)
@JuryWheel: You don't need those powers to defeat Ganon, you can go do it straight away, I defeated Ganon both before doing the dungeons and after.
@sss333: of course you can, but honestly, whats the point in playing and enjoying the game that way? Each to their own and everything, but i like to follow the path, enjoy the story, and play the way the developer intended.
@JuryWheel: Lolwut? That was one of the big things that the devs wanted was to be able to do that, btw I said I did both because they play out differently based on which way you did it, seems you missed out.
@JuryWheel: The blessings you get from the gods in fenyx are analogous to the champion abilities, one of Aphrodite's is literally just Miphas Grace.
been playing this on pc via ubisoft+ and really enjoy it, can get a little repetitive but you can kinda just switch off and roam around and have a good time with it
i did hear the xbox version had some pretty bad screen tear so maybe see if thats been fixed before buying (valhalla had it too but i believe that got patched, so hopefully this did too)
Hope Sony drop the price, too. Been waiting to try this game.

I was looking at getting this last week, but held off since it wasn't discounted at all! That's a pretty hefty discount so soon after release, too!

good price. Really enjoyable game - i have it on switch - but its soooo hard switching between this and BOTW and thinking why they didnt implement MORE of the mechanics. Feynx feels a little too hack and slash in comparison, and you are given all the abilities within 15 minutes which is nonsense!
