Otherwise a very reasonable shipping fee of $221.10. Is it shipped from Mars?

FYI regular size is locally available for $299
    https://www.jbhifi.com.au/products/ninja-foodi-multi-cooker

    6L vs 7.5L pot
    3.7L vs 4.7L air fryer

    Functions seem identical.

    • +2

The other difference is that the local version does not have the dehydrate function.

      • Strange that Ninja USA basically have four products in this category, none of which correlate to the Australian model. Do we just have old models? Or is it tailored to the Aussie market?

        Australian Model:
        Ninja Foodi Multi Cooker (8 Functions, 6L) - $299 AUD ($227 USD)
        - pressure cook, air fry, steam, bake, slow cook, sear, grill, keep warm.

        USA Models:
        Ninja® Foodi® Compact (7 Functions, 4.7L) - $169 USD
        - pressure cook, air fry, yogurt, steam, bake, slow cook, sear.

        Ninja® Foodi® Deluxe XL (9 Functions 7.5L) - $199 USD
        - pressure cook, air fry, yogurt, steam, bake, slow cook, sear, grill, dehydrate.

        Ninja® Foodi® XL (10 Functions 7.5L) - $199 USD
        - pressure cook, air fry, yogurt, steam, bake, slow cook, sear, grill, dehydrate, keep warm.

        Ninja® Foodi® Pro (11 Functions 6L) - $159 USD
        - pressure cook, air fry, yogurt, steam, bake, slow cook, sear, grill, dehydrate, keep warm, sous vide.

  • Is this better than the Instant Pot with Air Fryer?

    • +1

It s got the hinged fryer lid so heavier and takes up more space
      ceramic inner liner

      I own the IP Duo Crisp. Bought from Amazon for $269 with $19 shopback. Here's some feedback;

      • I would actually prefer the Ninja hinged lid. I unified to this product to save bench space but often find myself juggling the two lids and storing one away anyway.
      • There's no way I would choose the only available Australian model of Foodi, as I find sous vide to be a great function. I'd imagine the Pro to hit our market soon, which has sous vide.
      • Although the pot is rated at a massive 8L, the air fry basket is much smaller capacity. You can air fry without it, which I often do using the steaming rack.
      • Did yours come with the plastic protection wrapper on the control panel?
Dont want a secondhand or returned model!!!

Thought it was only $17 for shopback?

        • $18.40 shopback.
Yes I still have plastic film on the control panel. Everything looked mint when unboxing.

          • @Martyroz: The plastic that you can peel off? like the mobile phones

            Shopback delay till April?

      • Thanks, I just bought this from Amazon UK as a present for my sister who lives in the UK.

Paid in GBP and my 28 degrees Mastercard got charged AUD 312.26, including free delivery to London.

      • Thanks for your insights.
