    I have just used them both, worked fine.
    I have no idea why there are these differences.
    Maybe try the first in a different browser or on mobile.

    According to the online redemption options, looks the first one is for Steam only, and the second is for both Steam and Epic.

    It kinda ruins it tbh. I remember getting like 200 let's for BL2 and basically always having legendary gear while playing the story. Made looting kinda pointless.

    They're amazing games that would be made infinitely better if you could skip the first &/or second playthroughs to start from NG+, especially for us few remaining single players.
