You have to go to your profile options and choose your payment method. Either Credit card or paypal.
Click on My Grays on the top, then select Your details -> Payment then chose either CC or paypal
I used the code on the Ardbeg and again on this. It worked both times. Thanks OP. (Note, I used credit card not Paypal to avoid the issue where the discount didn't register in the paypal screen. Also the confirmation email lists the amount without the discount, but my orders in grays show the discount was applied to both when my card was charged).

My advice is to stick with the 12. 15 is good but honestly find the 12 better when pricing them.
