To order using the code is a real pain in the xxx.
As others have mentioned previously, you'll need to goto your accounts section once you've signed up and add in a payment details FIRST before trying to enter a order.
I tried to enter my paypal details but it wouldn't save/accept it, so I had to enter Credit Card details instead.
Once that was done, I could use the code. I ordered an Oban myself FYI

Oddly enough I got one of mine (Glenmo Nectar D'Or) and after receiving it got four shipping confirmations. The first being "your package was delivered" (of course), and the other three saying they're on the way. So I'm expecting mine sometime next week, hopefully.
@williamk30: That sucks. I just got my second bottle (out of four total) today. Other two haven't been sent yet but I have been provided tracking numbers for them.
I ordered on 20 December, and was sent a tracking number on 30 December. Even though the tracking number has been assigned, Aus Post have advised (when I contacted them today) that the package has not been given to them as yet. I contacted Grays and was told that they can’t do anything, I have to wait until “the vendor” eventually ships it.
Hi @IamMe, also ordered on the 20th and got tracking on the 30th. Received this morning, what a relief. Maybe you'll get yours very soon.
Overall - pretty bad experience with Grays, never again. Packaging was quite bad, gift box is damaged, luckily it was not purchased for a present.
