Same boat here . Still waiting purchased back in November. Catch stopped responding to me since they had no updates from who ever is delivering. Really disappointed .

Strange, Mine was delivered couple days after i ordered it from the previous deal, been using it ever since no issues.
A friend ordered this at the end of November and it just turned up. Catch must have used the cheapest shipping they could get. It is a bit dented on front. Looks like seconds, but seems to work okay. Catch support is no good though.
Mine arrived fine.
Toddler finds it a bit noisy when the compressor starts up. Door is too hard for him to open himself. Reversing the door looks like a bit of a nuisance but I'm sure it's fine if you're handy and have someone else with you, can google the manual on that.
Overall, it does what it says. Not amazing but good for the price.
It is designed to be opened from the outside.

is it really noisy? and does the compressor makes that noise multiple times a day? I bought a essato from AO and had to return it as it made the noise almost every 20 mins

Mine was supposed to have been dispatched 29th November. Tracking number never works I have tried many times to ring Catch Finally was promised someone would ring within two business days to tell me when I could expect delivery no they haven't.
