So I wonder if the problem is coming from Dell? I noticed with the Shopback extra $100 there are only 33 claimed out of 70. That's been since November! So obviously Dell isn't recognising or reporting the purchases to shopback.

I assume this applies to everything sold on site, including MS Office subscriptions. It seems to meet the t&c's. Sorry if this is obvious but I just want to check that I am I right if anyone knows whether I am correct or if there is something that I've not considered?
Maybe, maybe not. Well probably never know, because your chances of tracking are so low.
As others have said, SB have made every claim under the sun to avoid paying out on their 10% plus $100 Black Friday offer, including that i must have downloaded a hacked version of their app from the Google Play store that included either a Honey or Cashrewards add-in that stopped my purchase tracking.
Tempted to vote down as my recent purchase from Dell didn't track through Shopback and it seems it's a common problem.
Had the same problem with CR when I bought from Dell but I messaged them and it got approved. I buy through the mobile apps now and it seems to work every time.
Downvoting due to serious ethical concerns about Shopback and Dell for reasons listed by myself and others above.
I am using Cashrewards. It didn't track. I opened a support ticket and will report back once I get feedback.
If I get the same problems as mentioned I will also downvote on Dell and Cashrewards in future.
Prob better to use any coupons and vouchers. Still chasing up the 10% cashback and bonus $100 from Shopback and Dell. You would think purchasing via the shopback app and the built in browser within the app would be full proof but looks like it isn't. Purchase did not track supposedly…. Not happy
