Got a few big ticket items to buy - LG CX 65" OLED, front loader washing machine and Vacuum for my new place interstate (moving in end Jan). How do I take advantage of Boxing Day sales? Will GG or JB Hi-Fi hold them for me and deliver them to my new address end Jan?

One method, google it and find the suitable make and model, then go from there.
Or wait till boxing day and buy the cheapest whatever out there.

1. Use https://www.appliancesonline.com.au/ and search for items that you wish
2. Find cheaper prices elsewhere for price matching (not ebay).
3. Chat with their online staff to get the quote or pay if you are ready to go.
4. Deal with them the delivery date.
The main reason to use appliancesonline is they do good delivery service and allow you to arrange a delivery date.
They also do price matching which is another plus point.
On top of that, they also offer 'next day delivery' for your need.
Lastly, their support service is awesome.
Probably, some other retailers may do the same as appliancesonline. Good luck with your purchase.
I reckon you can discuss later dispatch dates with the retailer.
