    Get a black permanent marker and colour over it, you can dim the light right down while still making it visible.

  I received wireless charger yesterday. The LED lights turn off 2-3 minutes after removing phone from charger. Works to my preference. Maybe they've changed the design.

      Yes, it glows blue (shimmer) while charging. After you remove charging device, it glows green (solid) for about 30 seconds then turns off (I thought it was longer initially).
