I believe their Australian store is fairly new? Anyway, 15% off everything! Not sure when it ends.
Their chair quality is great. Maybe not quite at the Herman Miller level but still very solid.
That's upsetting! I was thinking the leap 2 is much more affordable compare to the aeron or embody but at least the living edge warranty is great from what I heard.
I used to tell everyone how great they are and would recommend. I'm at point now where I have to go to fair trading, no matter which path I take I just get a response that someone will call me then same response when I follow up the next time. Sure if you have nothing wrong with it then I guess you never experience that but one of their selling points is the "great warranty".
Fair trading is a simple and quick process, hopefully they can get you sorted.
Is there any place in sydney where you can try it on before buying them?

I've had one of their chairs for a few years now. The chairs are great but if you need to make a warranty claim their service is non existent. I've had to follow up and escalatae many times over the last 3 months and still haven't even been able to get a decent reply or any progress. Based on this I can't recommend as the 12 years warranty is basically useless.
